Fall 2026 Registration Information
Registration Open and Late Fees
Registration for the Fall 2026 season will be open from May 29 through June 30 for players in Pre-K through Grade 8, and through August 15 for players in Grades 9–12.
Beginning July 1, late registration will open for Grades 2 through 8, and a $50 late fee will apply.
Please note that placement on a team is not guaranteed for players who register after June 30. Arlington Soccer Club rosters more than 2,000 players annually, and the number of teams we are able to form is determined by the number of players registered during the standard registration period. Registering on time helps us plan appropriately and ensure the best possible team placements for all players.
There is no late fee for:
- Clinic players (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Grade 1)
- Fall high school players (Grades 9–12)
Families who are new to Arlington and move into the community after June 30 may request a waiver of the late registration fee. Please contact our Registrar for assistance.
Key Dates
- May 29 – Open Registration begins.
- June 30 – Late Registration begins, and waitlists will be enforced for all programs. A $50 late fee per player will apply for players in Grades 2 through 8.
- August 1 – Last day to withdraw and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date.
* Please note: This refund policy does not apply to players who have accepted an ASC Select Team roster position. By accepting a Select Team offer, players and families are committing to the full seasonal program, and registration fees become non-refundable.
Financial Assistance
Arlington Soccer Club is committed to ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances. A core priority of our club is to make soccer accessible to all families in our community.
Through the generous support of the ASC community, we have been able to provide financial assistance and fee waivers to families for many years. If your family requires financial assistance, we encourage you to contact our Registrar to learn more about available options. All inquiries and requests will be handled confidentially.
Volunteer Coaches and Team Managers Needed
Arlington Soccer Club depends on the dedication and support of our volunteer coaches and team managers to make our program possible. Their time, energy, and commitment play a vital role in creating a positive and rewarding experience for all players.
We encourage parents and guardians to consider volunteering for the upcoming fall season. Whether you are an experienced coach or new to the game, ASC provides resources and support to help you succeed.
If you are interested in volunteering, please indicate your interest through your AdminSports family account during player registration.
ASC greatly values the contributions of our volunteer coaches and managers, and we thank you for helping make our soccer community strong.
Fall High School ASC Soccer
ASC fall high school soccer is independent from the Arlington High School soccer program. For the fall, only players who are NOT playing for their high school are eligible to play for ASC. Please wait until after any high school tryouts to register for ASC if your player is planning to try out for their high school team.
Refund Policy
Arlington Soccer Club understands that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy for all families.
- Withdrawals submitted on or before June 30 will receive a full refund, less a $10 processing fee.
- Withdrawals submitted between July 1 and August 1 will receive a 50% refund of the program fee.
- No refunds will be issued for withdrawals submitted after August 1.
Select Team Players
Please note that this refund policy does not apply to players who have accepted an ASC Select Team roster position. By accepting a Select Team offer, players and families are making a commitment to the full seasonal program, including both the Fall and Spring seasons. As such, all Select Team registration fees are non-refundable once a roster position has been accepted.
If a player voluntarily withdraws from a Select Team after accepting their roster position and committing to the program, they will not be eligible to participate in Select Team tryouts the following year.
Medical Withdrawals
Prior to a player’s first scheduled fall practice, game, or clinic, a refund request for medical reasons (injury or illness) may be submitted and will be reviewed. Approved requests will receive a refund less the $10 processing fee.
No refunds for medical reasons will be issued after September 1.
Premier Team
The ASC Premier Team fee is fully non-refundable under any circumstances.
Team Placement Policy (“No Requests”)
To ensure fairness and balance across all teams, Arlington Soccer Club does not accept player requests to be placed with friends. Similarly, coaches are not permitted to request specific players for their teams, with the exception of their own children.
Our Age Group Directors invest significant time and effort into building balanced teams and, whenever possible, placing players with peers from their school community. Registering during the standard registration period greatly helps us make this possible.
At the same time, ASC believes that playing with new teammates is an important part of the youth soccer experience. It provides players with opportunities to build new friendships, strengthen social connections across the community, and develop important teamwork skills in a new environment.
Eligibility
Registration for the Fall 2026 season is open to Arlington residents in Pre-K (entering Kindergarten in September 2026) through Grade 12.
Players who live outside of Arlington but attend school in Arlington are also eligible to participate.
All players must register and compete based on their current school grade level. Arlington Soccer Club does not permit players to “play up” or “play down” or register outside of their assigned grade level.
